Trading spreads and commissions are quite low starting as low as 0.5 pips on some of their major forex pairs.
There are pretty limited options when it comes to funding / withdrawal with only credit cards and wires (no crypto or web wallets).
There are two trading platforms at City Index and these are their own proprietary platform as well as the standardized MT4.
The City Index web platform has quite a lot of customization options with numerous windows and widgets. You can adjust these windows into a layout that is best suited to your trading style.
Customer support is reasonable although the live chat is not that functional as it takes one back to customer support.
They have an education section but this is slightly underwhelming with mere definitions.
