IC Markets is a CFD broker that is based in Sydney, Australia.

They have a large operation with over 60,000 clients and generate $646bn in trading volume per month.

They offer Electronic Crossing Network (ECN) as well as Straight Through Processing (STP) CFD and forex accounts. They are fully regulated by Australia’s ASIC.

Traders can trade with leverage of up to 500:1 on their forex pairs. They can also trade an extensive range of other assets including forex, commodities, crypto, futures and bonds.

Fees and spreads are very tight with the raw ECN accounts getting close to zero spreads on some of the major forex pairs.

They use the MetaTrader MT4 and MT5 platform. They also use the cTrader trading suite for those traders looking at a more advanced platform.

Funding can be done through a number of means and withdrawals are simple.

The customer service can be improved.
