Bugatti Group will be hosting a special event, in partnership with Shiba Inu to launch a limited-edition collection of physical items and collectible NFTs to honor the genesis NFT holders, according to a recent announcement. 

The exclusive special collection is offering 299 limited releases at a mint price of 0.14 Ethereum (ETH).

It is worth noting that 95% of those who mint will receive a unique Cross Body Luggage Bag from Bugatti while 5% will be able to receive a carry-on item in which they can place their own Shiboshi NFT design.

To reward their earliest supporters even further, Shiba Inu and Bugatti Group are also offering a 55% discount on their exclusive travel accessories as part of this lucrative limited-time collaboration.

Those interested can easily use the Minting Portal – which will launch during an upcoming Twitter Spaces conversation – to take part in this event and potentially get rewarded with one of these coveted Bugatti X Shiboshis items.. 

Once all mints are procured, the Redemption Portal will open its doors to participants a week later — an announcement for which will be done via their social channels alongside Bugatti Group.

The Bugatti Group is a company that designs and creates handbags, briefcases, and various other accessories. As reported by U.Today, Shiba Inu tested a partnership with the company last week. 

The Shibu Inu (SHIB) ecosystem is teasing an announcement featuring North American luxury firm Bugatti Group.

A tweet from the Shibu Inu ecosystem’s social media account says the announcement will be coming over the “next few days.”

The tweet, which mentions Shiboshis, tagged the social media account of Bugatti Group, a luxury brand dealing in luggage bags, handbags, briefcases and accessories headquartered in Montreal, Canada.

Shiboshis, which were launched in October of 2022, are a collection of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) that are exclusive to the Shiba Inu ecosystem.

Accompanying the tweet is a video clip featuring what appears to be the logos of Shiba Inu and the Bugatti Group as well as travel bags and briefcases with Shiboshis plastered on the sides.

The Bugatti Group announced its inaugural NFT project in November of 2022 in partnership with the Ethereum (ETH) blockchain-based Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) NFT collection. At the time, the luxury brand said it was in the process of enabling the printing of NFTs onto its merchandise.

“In order to execute this intricate manufacturing process, Bugatti Group is in the process of investing in building an entirely new facility, equipped with advanced technology and machinery that enables them to print one-of-a-kind NFTs onto luggage and crossbody bags.

This modern patented technology will also allow NFT holders to print their custom profile pictures on said products and soon on international retailers’ websites.”

Shiba Inu is trading at $0.00000864 at time of writing, up by around 5% over the past seven days.

The world’s second-largest meme cryptocurrency Shiba Inu (SHIB) continues to be in the news for a while and has witnessed quite a good amount of whale activity in recent times. In addition to the interest in the SHIB cryptocurrency recently, Shiba Inu is making some important partnerships as well.

As per the recent development, Shiba Inu has reportedly joined hands with the Montreal-based premium brand BuBugatti Group. The Buggati Group is a renowned manufacturer of bags, suitcases, business bags, and sanitary products. They have been in the business since the 1940s and are famous for offering “exceptional designs and superior materials.”

The team behind Shiba Inu has recently teased this announcement through its official Twitter handle.

Furthermore, the Bugatti Group has also recently hopped on to the recent craze surrounding the launch of its own collection of non-fungible tokens (NFTs). As part of the announcement, they introduced the Bugatti Group Genesis NFT Collection. The owners of this NFT collection receive exclusive benefits such as exclusive social media channels along with discounts for future drops and purchases.

Currently, the details of this partnership are scant. However, Shiba Inu released a short video clip of a handbag featuring a customized Shiba Inu on it. The purpose of the partnership is still not clear for now. This is yet another partnership by Shiba Inu and a quick one considering its two years of existence in the market.

Talks Around Shibarium

Currently, the crypto market is quite abuzz with the launch of Shiba Inu’s Layer-2 scalability solution Shibarium. This launch has also been teased for the most part of the last year 2022.

In the latest development, Shiba Inu developers confirmed that all transactions on the Shibarium network will burn $SHIB and shall use Shibarium’s native crypto $BONE for the gas payments. In an official update over the last weekend on January 7, the official Twitter handle of Shibarium Network noted:

While on our last post we wanted to remind everyone that BONE serves as the required gas token for operability within Shibarium, we also would now like to formally announce that each #Shibarium transaction will burn  SHIB. We are focused in delivery at this time, please stay tuned for additional information and as we approach our beta launch. 

This comes as there was quite a confusion over the burning of the $SHIB coins and the use of $BONE as a gas fee.
