Mainframe is building a platform that will make it easier for developers to build their own decentralised applications.

They are developing a fully decentralised web3 communications network that will give users โ€œprivacyโ€ and โ€œcontrolโ€ over their financial data.

In terms of network security, Mainframe will use encryption. Encryption will occur at each node using either a pre-shared key or the public key of the receiving node.

There is also privacy through the use of Dark Routing. Mainframe accomplishes this by giving nodes the responsibility of selecting the specificity of message addressing.

There is also a structured incentivisation mechanism where Nodes are incentivised to provide storage, data services etc. to the broader Mainframe network.

Mainframe is also interoperable with other blockchains.

Mainframe has a utility token that is used as an economic incentive for the nodes. This is the ERC20 standard MFT Token.

10 billion of these MFT tokens were originally created and they released 2.5 billion of them through a number of physical airdrops.

MFT tokens are listed on a number of exchanges with the bulk of the trading taking place on the likes of Binance and UpBit.

There is reasonable turnover and hence a decent amount of liquidity on these exchanges.

Storage of MFT is pretty easy. Given that these are ERC20 standard tokens, numerous wallets will do.
