Cryptocurrencies have been hit hard following the Russian invasion of Ukraine on Thursday.

Bitcoin plunged 8% within hours of the invasion, trading over $35,000. The world’s largest digital currency spiked to an all-time high of over $68K in November 2021.
Similarly, ethereum also lost over 10%, with the price hovering above $2,400 Thursday. The second-largest digital currency spiked to an all-time high of over $4.8K in November 2021.Â
