The Dusk Network is a privacy blockchain that is focused on the issuance of digital securities.
The Dusk network wants to make STO compliance automatic, while maintaining individual user privacy and auditability.
They are bringing privacy focused blockchain technology to the Security Token market.
⚙️ Technology ⚙️
The Dusk network uses both Stealth Addresses and Ring confidential transactions.
They also use Zero Knowledge Cryptography as a means for validating a wide variety of network operations.
The Dusk network also uses an anonymous network layer & Non-interactive Verifiable Secret sharing to enhance the privacy on the blockchain.
For consensus, the Dusk network uses a Segregated Byzantine Agreement algorithm (SBA).
It also includes the Proof of Stake consensus known as “Proof of Blind Bid”, which allows block generators to stake tokens anonymously.
💰️ Token 💰
DUSK are ERC20 standard tokens that will provide the fuel for the network.
DUSK will be used for staking and consensus on the network, and will also be used to pay network fees, to deploy dApps and as network gas.
These tokens were initially released in a crowdsale IEO which took place on Bitifinex.
They managed to only raise $8m of their $14.4m target.
👨💻️ Team, Partners & Development 👨💻
The team is being lead by the founders Emanuele Francioni and Fulvio Venturelli.
Emanuele has a background in robotics and automation engineering. He is also the developer behind the SBA consensus algorithm
Flavio has more than 20 years of experience in IT and has worked at numerous large tech companies. He is currently heavily involved in the blockchain space.
There are 17 other team members, most of whom are either blockchain engineers, cryptographers, or other technology professionals.
The team has also been quite active in development which can be seen in their GitHub Commits.
📈 Trading & Wallets 📈
DUSK is currently listed on Binance, Bittrex, HotBit and EthFinex. Over 90% of the volume is taking place on Binance.
There appears to be decent levels of liquidity on these books though.
As ERC20 standard tokens, DUSK can be stored on any Ethereum Compatible wallet.
